Honestly, getting the “little” washing machine was Jared’s idea. He’s always been the one that does our laundry, even when we lived in an apartment. From day one, I was against it, but Jared wanted one so badly that I couldn’t say no, especially since he’s the one who does it. However, as we mentioned, we ended up regretting it.
We ended up hating how much water it used and how much space it took up. With a 90-gallon fresh water tank, we didn’t anticipate the machine’s high water consumption. It turned out to be more than we expected and began to cut down on our boondocking time.
Plus, it didn’t really wash the clothes that well!
